Real Forio raises its voice: Velotti “again” in black and green

Real Forio is not hiding. The march towards the next championship has already started weeks ago, but now it is starting to take a more concrete, more defined shape. Clear ideas, planning, enthusiasm and above all the desire to relaunch: this is the spirit that can be felt in the green and white club dear to president Luigi Amato, intent on experiencing another season as a protagonist.

The project moves forward and does so with determination. After the series of official announcements that have already lit up the island summer, the club has also announced the permanence of one of the most solid pillars of the last season: Luigi Velotti will continue to wear the Real Forio jersey. A name, a guarantee.

Having arrived last December, the central defender took very little time to become a key player in the defence designed by coach Carlo Sanchez. Experience, defensive reading, charisma and fighting spirit: Velotti brought with him all the weight of his four career promotions, immediately putting himself at the service of the team. It is no coincidence that president Amato himself celebrated his permanence with words that leave no room for interpretation: “The commander is always the commander, a leader like few others on and off the pitch. And he is a nightmare for attackers and not only”.

The market duo composed of Manna and Pisani works tirelessly to guarantee mister Sanchez a department of quantity, quality and balance. In this sense, the declared objective bears a precise name: Antonio Tarascio. The operation is in the details and filters optimism. Tarascio would represent a real coup for the category: an experienced footballer, he is known for his versatility, dynamism and vision of the game.

A perfect profile to give depth to the black and green midfield. Tarascio has played in hot and ambitious clubs, gathering respect and leadership everywhere. On the exit front, however, doubts remain regarding Kikko Arcamone's position. After his stint with Real Forio, the doors of Ischia Calcio, a club with which Arcamone has already shared important parts of his career, could soon open again for the island midfielder.
